As a dedicated real estate professional with over six years of experience at Coldwell Banker, Jenny had the privilege of growing within the company from an assistant to a couple of real estate agents to becoming the Lead Success Coach for Colorado in 2024. Jenny’s journey with Coldwell Banker included the inception of the Success Coach position in 2020 and has been instrumental in developing and expanding this role year after year. A proud Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!), Jenny moved to Denver in 2024 and has been passionately building the Success Coach team to its current stature.

The Success Coach position is a unique and rare role within Coldwell Banker, designed to provide one-on-one coaching and support to real estate agents. Our primary focus is on helping agents enhance their business development skills, marketing, and overall productivity, ultimately leading to increased sales volume and career success.
